I am an Oracle user and utilize TOAD to set breakpoints and walkthrough PLSQL code so that I can see what is going on.

Is there a tool available for TSQL that will allow me to do these things? I know that there is a TOAD for TSQL but I do not have that. Is there anything within the Microsoft package that I can use? Or, are there any other tools for this?

Query Analyzer lets you walk through code. You should already have that tool installed if you are using SQL server.

Yes, I do have Query Analyzer for 2000. It must be a privilege issue as to why I can use it in some databases and others. Does SQL Server Mgt Studio 2005 have a Query Analyzer? I may have installed something wrong there.

Thanks
