download a log reader... not sure if sprocs are covered though

Make a Log Backup (assuming your database Recovery Model is not set to simple - if it is all bets are probably off).

Restore the most recent Full Backup to a brand new database. Restore the log(s) to point-in-time [i.e. after the SProcs were created, but before they were inadvertently changed/dropped].

Script the Sprocs from the temporary database, and apply the script to the "real" database

Drop the temporary database.
