Hi All,

I want to create database from existing database.
But i want it done my VB Application.

My requirement is, i have "DB1" databse in my server which i'm using now for my application, now i want this same database as "DB2" on the same server.Later i perform some other year ending operations on DB2 Databse and use this databse for the next accounting year.

Note: Every Accounting year will have one database.

Please help regarding this... I expect reply from u soon

Post your create database codes / scripts.

"Note: Every Accounting year will have one database."
Have you really give it a thought about this ? This does not sound like a good design. Isn't it easier to have all transaction under same database and have a column to identify the year ?

Concordantly, while your first question may be the most pertinent, you may or may not realize it is also the most irrelevant
