| insert AnotherTableselect ....from ATableThe manipulation is in the select.It's difficult to give a more detailed suggestion from the info you have given.==========================================Cursors are useful if you don't know sql.DTS can be used in a similar way.Beer is not cold and it isn't fizzy. |

| To do this daily, put that command into the command window of a SQL job. Use the Enterprise Manager to create a new job and you can put any SQL statement you want into a job step's command. |
