Help For Store Procedure

i have four table for order despatching, for order entry i have used order and orderdetail and for despaching i have used despach and despatchdetail. In despach have one relational field orderid. Now I want to write pending order detail through a store procedeure. i am giving you table detail.

In Order table fields are (Orderid , orderno , orderdt , partydetail)
In orderdetail table fields are (Orderid , prodid , prodqty)

In Despatch table fields are (despatchid , Orderid, despachno)
In orderdetail table fields are (despatchid , prodid , despqty)
