Example DATA:

DecisionFK TrapReasonDesc
----------- ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
2848 Unqualified Invalid SSN
2850 SSN Dupe
2855 SSN Dupe
2867 Unqualified Income
3010 Unqualified Income
3043 Unqualified Invalid SSN
3043 Unqualified Non-US Resident

The output i would like to return is

3043, Unqualified Invalid SSN + Unqualified Non-US Resident

I do not want to use cursors. So is there a way to select from a table like above and output the results 1 after the other, like my desired output?
