| hi.i am trying to find a good jdbc driver for mssql. the driver of microsoft is really not the fastest, i need a better one. which good alternatives do you know (also the commercial ones!) / would you take?thanks, bye, sdiwi. |

| I have had the best luck with jtds. you can get it here http://jtds.sourceforge.net/keep in mind that these drivers aren't officially supported by microsoft. The only driver officially supported is the one from microsoft.-ec |

| We use the jtds drivers and have had no problem with them. The microsoft drivers are a little hard to repackage if you want to have your entire app in one .jar file |
