i want to get list of stored procedures having a "output" parameter.
any idea how can i do that please.

Hi,
U can get it from
SELECT *
FROM [INFORMATION_SCHEMA].[PARAMETERS]
where parameter_mode ='Out' or parameter_mode = 'inOut'--for a parameter behaving as Imput and OUTPUT both.

Select routine_definition from information_schema.routines where routine_definition like '%output%'
