| So I typed "agile site:www.sqlteam.com" into google. Zero hits!Surely that should change! What methods do the main contributers to this site use in their day-to-day full-time employment? How do you avoid the "Yes boss, this is going to take 12 months... Ok employee, you have 6" scenario?Has anyone commited themselves down the agile methods / extreme programming route? Does anyone swear by it? If so, can you recommend good books, sites, courses? |
