I've been asked to write a query/produce a report from our client information database.

What we have is a large SQL database that holds all of our client information. Some of the fields can have multiple choice answers. When I write the query, I get multiple results due to the possibility of having more than one answer associated with a client.

Example (in case I haven't explained it correctly)

Name Address Disability
Joe Smith 123 Main St. Asberges
Joe Smith 123 Main St. Autism

What I would like to do, is produce only one line for each client, listing all of the possible choices.

Joe Smith 123 Main St. Asbergs, Autism

I am fairly new to the SQL language, so I'm not sure if there is a method to doing this, and that I just have not come across it yet?

Thanks,

Lem
