| I have two tables Details Table and Result Table with same table definition as follow:Detail Table EmpNo EmpName Sal100 ABC 10000200 DEF 20000300 XYZ 15000Result Table:EmpNo EmpName SalWhen I will perform any operation on Detail Table (Update/Insert/Delete) The result should be store in Result Table.Tell me how I can store the result in Result table.shubhada |

Use Triggers - look up "Trigger" in Books OnlineDuane. |

I think the solution for you problem is already given by on this forum...but I'm just wondering why do you need 2 seperate table with the same schema?? - Anand |
