Hi All,

I have a question about mySQL database server.
I have experience with Microsoft SQL server 2000 as a developer. Is writing queries in mySQL the same(is there differences) as in SQL 2000.(Stored Procedures, Views, triggers...)
Taking in account the performance of the queries.
Where are the differences between the two environments?

Are the server architectures the same?

thanx for your help.

There is a link to comparison threads on MySQL/MSSQL in the "Frequently Given Answers" sticky topic at the top of the "New to SQL" forum
