From one machine when select the datetime column , it showing
as '07/12/2005 04:03:03 AM'
when i select the same date from another machine the AM/Pm is not showing, IS there any setting i can turn off this Am/Pm

I believe you want to look at the regional settings in the computers control panel

I believe that the regional settings in the control panel on your Windows determines this. You said they're the same on both machines. Are you sure? What ops syses are on each?

double check the TIME tab. There is a difference between HH and hh.

I checked the Regional and language options under Control Panel,
Its showing time as 10:25:20 AM, on both machines

As a server? OK.

Go to Start--> Settings --> Control Panel --> Regional and Language Options --> Customize Button on Regional Options Tab --> Time
