Hello,
I am working in a database which consists stored procedures of about 1000 to 2000 lines.
If i want to trace the parameter values in middle of the stored procedure,I have to insert print statement and No one is really interested in doing that in the work environment.
I have strictly given the instruction not to touch the stored procedures.
Is there any way I can connect to VS.Net and step through the existing stored procedure?
Is it possible for me to pass parameter values in VB.Net and open the procedure and step through line by line.
Please some one explain how to acomplish that task.

Query Analyser has a built in T-SQL debugger. Just right-click on the stored proc and select 'Debug'.
