Is there any way to let user (not administrator) to create their own tables?

GRANT CREATE TABLE TO DangerousDeveloper

That being said, do not do this. Recipe for disaster. It is rarely a good idea to create permananent database objects on the fly and creating tables on the fly is usually indicative of a design problem that will eventually not scale.

Please backup all of your databases including master, msdb and model on a regular basis. I am tired of telling people they are screwed. The job you save may be your own.

I am available for consulting work. Just email me through the forum.
