| Hi ,I have twoTables. 1>tblSchedule and 2>tblActive. tblSchedule has the predefined times events. Typical record of tblSchedule is like:EventID EventDateTime Description---------------------------------------1 06/24/05 9:15 B'Day2 06/24/05 10:15 PartyNow I want that every record from tblSchedule needs to be automatically transfered on its date and time to the tblActive. The tblActive has the same structure as of tblSchedule. How this can be done. Pls suggest... |

| I do not think he needs a trigger because it sounds like he wants this to happen whenever a certain date \ time condition occurs. I might schedule a job that polls these fields ever so often.Sean RoussyPlease backup all of your databases including master, msdb and model on a regular basis.
