 solving locks using sp_lock

I have some locks on my SQL server and did a sp_lock and got the following results. How do I solve this, as I have about eight of them on one server all saying the same thing.

spid dbid ObjId IndId Type Resource Mode Status
------ ------ ----------- ------ ---- ---------------- -------- ------
51 4 0 0 DB S GRANT


All help appreciated.

This is one of my favorite for lock issues. Try his aba_lockinfo procedure....good stuff here
