I've done scattered searching on Data Warehosing issues at this site, but nothing except Spyder's "Database Design and Modeling Fundamentals" really addresses my questions. I know some of you experts have your own pages as well. I'm interested in topics covering:1.) Set up2.) Maintenance3.) Optimizing...this is gonna occur on an SQL Server 2000.
