| Does anyone have any recommendations on what would be some good resources for the Development of Survey Web pages? I have been given a very short time frame project (1 week) to make a web survey that will read in the survey questions then export them to an Excel spreadsheet for further use. Unfortunately, this isn't something I have done before so it's a bit daunting (though I have some web page design and SQL experience).I took a look at some products like Survey Monkey, but the ones I looked at stored the information on their site and I need to be able to create, update, access, and effect the web pages on a local server.Project Specifics, for those willing to aid or who might need more information:----Multi-level survey pages that begin with demographics input and then are redirected to 1 of 10 survey pages. Each of the 10 pages will have 80 survey questions. Once the information is added, they want to be able to submit the information so that it can be exported to XLS.----So if there are books, software, or anything else that you can think of that might lead me down the path of least resistance, I would appreciate it. |

| The company I work for has a very nice survey product. I know it can do telephone survey's, and I'm pretty sure there's a web survey piece as well. The reporting is pretty flexible as well.Knowing what I know about the survey product, it's not something that can be coded, have reports written, tested, and deployed in a week.http://www.televox.com/Michael<Yoda>Use the Search page you must.
