Don writes "Hi SQLTeam,

In the BOL, I seem to have found the perfect solution to my problem: the 'Right Anti Semi Join' operator. I need to insert a recordset into a table if the rows aren't already there. BOL only describes this operator, and my experimenting and searching efforts to learn more about the 'Right Anti Semi Join' have come up short. So I turn to the SQL Team. Any suggestions?

Thanks,
Don"
