Jared writes "I'm having a problem with item notes on a ecom site I'm working on. The problem is that the item notes come across from our provider with one line per record, but in order to have a clean way to modify the items, I need the entire description in a single record.
For instance, with the SQL query:
select * from notesful where notingrampartnum = '016042' order by notldeslinenum

I get:
A 016042 80 001 - THINKPAD 240 P3-500 12.0GB 64MB 10.4TFT WIN 98
A 016042 80 002 - THE IBM 2609 IS A THINKPAD 240 THAT IS A SUPERSLIM COMPACT
A 016042 80 003 ULTRALIGHT NOTEBOOK FOR BUSINESS OR PERSONAL USE. WEIGHING
A 016042 80 004 APPROXIMATELY 1.35 KG (2.98 LB)(1) INCLUDING BATTERY AND 26.6 MM
.......

and I need to join so that it reads more like:
A 016042 80 XXX - THINKPAD 240 P3-500 12.0GB 64MB 10.4TFT WIN 98 THE IBM 2609 IS A THINKPAD 240 THAT IS A SUPERSLIM COMPACT ULTRALIGHT NOTEBOOK FOR BUSINESS OR PERSONAL USE. WEIGHING APPROXIMATELY 1.35 KG (2.98 LB)(1) INCLUDING BATTERY AND 26.6 MM

etc. Any ideas?

Thanks,

Jared"
