| Have you looked in Books Online under "UPDATE"? All the syntax you need is there. |

| So just how does this AskSQLTeam thing work.Is Anthony ever gonna see that response? And if they knew what BOL was in the first place, would they have asked the question anyway?Do they get a message back when someone responds? IS email even required. And how many questions are actually filtered out?Brett8-) |

quote: So just how does this AskSQLTeam thing work.
People post questions, myself, graz, or Damian review them and post them in the forums. Mostly me.quote: Is Anthony ever gonna see that response?
If he watches the forums, he will.quote: And if they knew what BOL was in the first place, would they have asked the question anyway?
Brett, if people only posted questions that were NOT answered in BOL, you, me, Tara and Nigel combined would have about 200 posts, instead of 33,000+. quote: Do they get a message back when someone responds? IS email even required.
It is required to post something on ASK SQL Team, but when it gets moved to the forum they are not notified. PLENTY of people enter phony or incomplete addresses too.quote: And how many questions are actually filtered out?
Questions? None. Spam? You can't count that high. |
