Oliver writes "Hi, I have a database where employees sign in and out everytime they go anywhere. I've been trying to figure out how to display only the last record from each user. Example
16 John Mancino In 3/21/2001 2:55:21 PM 17 John Mancino Out 3/21/2001 2:55:32 PM 18 John Mancino In 3/21/2001 3:24:30 PM 19 John Mancino Out 3/21/2001 3:25:54 PM 20 John Mancino In 3/22/2001 2:01:00 PM 21 Greg Gilmore In 3/22/2001 2:01:12 PM
Where all the info i want to see is
John Mancino In 3/22/2001 2:01:00 PM Greg Gilmore In 3/22/2001 2:01:12 PM
But it would contain all the employees in my office.
The database is setup like this.
Table: [data] Fields: [ID] Primary Key, autonumbered [Name] Employees name, pulled from a drop down list on the form [Status] In or Out [Comments] Comments on where employee went [Date] Todays Date [Time] Todays Time
Any info would be great, thanks a bunch! Oliver" |
