I am little lost here. I downloaded and installed Express, but I can't seem to find any way to create databases, tables, etc...

I tried the 'Enterprise Manager' like tool it comes with and Web Developer Express and can't figure it out. I checked the Services and it shows it's running.

Actually, I found that article after posting here and was going to post it, but I couldn't get all the way through it. I did learn the name the install process gives to the SQL Server instance (SQLExpress) and was able to use that to get in Web Developer Express.

However, I am only logged into the Master table and have no way to create another database.
