| Geoff writes "Running SQL 7.00.961 on top of Windows NT 4.0. A custom written application uses asp web pages to access a SQL database via a proprietary extended versions of ADO. Yesterday, it stopped accessing the database, although it can access the data from our backup server (same specs). We have logged in SQL and NT event log - DBCC TRACEON 1717 and DBCC TRACEOFF 1717 at about the time of the problem. I cannot find this trace flag anywhere. Any ideas? Thanks" |
