Purpose: I have implement client server application in to three remote sales centers and have to provide remote administration for the management people and marketing people using a web application. The total stock position and individual centers detail out standing payments and updates should be monitored through either web application or through local sales centers.

So you have two database servers? Why not just have the web server connect to the SQL Server?

Anyway, if you've got two database servers and need to keep them in synch, you will want to implement replication. Replication is not an easy topic to cover in a thread. I would suggest reading all about it in SQL Server Books Online. Vyas has a bunch of information on his site as well: http://vyaskn.tripod.com
