| Can anyone tell me the SQL6.5 equivalent of 'ALTER TABLE <tablename> ALTER COLUMN <columnname>'?I need to script a column data type change and can't use the SQL2000 syntax!Thanks in advanceRaymond |

| bcp OUT OLDDROP TABLE OLDCREATE TABLE NEW (Col1 ect...bcp IN NEW???Brett8-)EDIT: ...or what Ehorn says...and move the data..then drop the old column...add the column back with the name and move the data again...EDIT: Hey, where did ehorn's post go? |
