vinay writes "1) Let us consider three tables in a Pathway database

Pathway table has pathway ID, pathway name and other details.

Interaction table has Protein1 and protein 2 names involved in interaction, and their respective sites involved in the interaction.

Protein table has Protein name, its sequence and structural features.

a) How to extract the pathway corresponding to an interaction?

b) How to extract the sequence and structural features for the regions ofthe proteins involved in interaction?"
