cannot find solution what kind of mssql version i must to use in my work,

my work is apache+php+mssql

which of this version is more suitable for my work

For developing, you can use the developer edition or any other edition actually. For your production environment, you cannot use the developer edition.

Look at the basic edition also, which is fine if you are not intending to use indexed views, clustering or othe very advanced functionality.

basic enviroment, no no, in my work i use clustered indexes and also full-text catalogs for containg search

It's why it's called "developer edition". You can only use it for development.

Those features are available in the basic edition. That it's called "basic" does not mean that it's that basic :)
