Does anyone know how to change the default datfile/logfile log directory without reinstalling sql server?

In SQL2000 you can specify this using EM - Server>Properties>Database Settings. Can't remember if this was available in SQL7 but you can do it just the same by changing the registry HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\MSSQLServer\MSSQLServer and adding (if they don't exist) new string values for DefaultData and Default Log.
