Hi guys,I have the following field in one of table: results, decimal (9), precision 18, scale 2.I have the corresponding text field in my ASP application to get data from user and then insert it to the above table field.Later on, users can come back to update result to others, say from 100.2 to 220.72.One customer can have as many as 12 records in the table.I have serveral thousands of records in the table now. All of the customers can update the results. But only one of my customer who has five records in the table, he can cannot update two of the records, but can update the rest three records. I tried to find reason from my code, no results.Do any of you have such experience before? Do you think what's the possible reason? Thanks

Are those two rows duplicates of each other? If yes, SQL Server will say "Insufficient information available for updating or refreshing", because it doesn't know which one to target.Sarah Berger MCSD

Thank you very much for your reply.NO, the two records are different as they have different primary key.All of my other customers can update records. Only this customer is exceptional. Even I delete the old record and add a new records for him, he still cannot update the records.Do you think it is relalted to his personal computer?
