| Use SQL-DMO. This is available as a Reference from the References menu, in the Project menu, as Microsoft SQL DMO Objects. You declare an object of type SQLServer, connect to it using the Connect method (if it's not running, you can start it using the Start method), and you can then add logins via the login collection, or add users via a database's Users collection.
