hi,

I've got a table with data that looks like this:

date | pageviews
---------------------------------------
17-8-2002 | 204
18-8-2002 | 34
20-8-2002 | 54
21-8-2002 | 78
23-8-2002 | 100
---------------------------------------

As you can see, there are some dates missing. No not really missing, but on those dates there was not a hit (pageview) on the server.
Now, I would like to create a output like this:

date | pageviews
---------------------------------------
17-8-2002 | 204
18-8-2002 | 34
19-8-2002 | 0
20-8-2002 | 54
21-8-2002 | 78
12-8-2002 | 0
23-8-2002 | 100
---------------------------------------

so with the dates that where missing added on the right position.
What is the best way to approach this problem?
