Unable to connect to SQL Server on Azure from App

Hi,

I have set up SQL Server AlwaysOn on Azure. I am able to connect to the DB using SSMS from my local machine, but my application on another Azure VM is not able to connect to the DB.

I get the below error:

Server Error in '/' Application.

No such host is known

Description: An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the current web request. Please review the stack trace for more information about the error and where it originated in the code.

Am I doing something wrong with the connection string.

My present connection string is
