Why is it that i can manually run my SSIS ftp task job from ssis 2012 and it runs , however when i deploy to SQL SERVER 2012 and create a job it errors out. i set variables in my IS package for the ftp site's location and my Destination.I think for some reasons the variables i defined are not being identified when i run it as a job.Do i need to define the variables again when i depoy to MANAGEMENT STUDIO.confused |

When you run it as a job, what security context is it using? Does that security context have access to the FTP site? What error are you actually getting? Too often we enjoy the comfort of opinion without the discomfort of thought. - John F. Kennedy |
