Hi, I have a production server replicating p2p to an offsite secondary server. The data is updating and both dbs are in sync however today I opened the replication monitor and both servers were disconnected from the distributor (in the repl monitor) I tried to connect to the distributor and received the following error: cryptunprotect data:win32 error:-2146893813(microsoft.sqlserver.regsvrenum) I am running sql server 2008 Our system administrators did change window account passwords today. SQL accounts did not change. Is there someplace I need to add that password again that did not take specific to the repl monitor? The system has been rebooted. Any advice or nudge in the right direction, will be greatly appreciated! I really don’t want to have to rebuild our p2p replication. |
