Hi,I am running SQL Serve 2012 on a Windows Server 2012 OS.When logged in as ether the SA account or as my own local admin account with SQL Server management studio it will not let me create a database. I get this message:CREATE FILE encountered operating system error 5(Access is denied.) while attempting to open or create the physical file 'E:\MSSQL\LOGS\testsd_log.ldf'.I have full access to that directory and can create files in it through windows explorer. In fact I can't seem to create a database in any folder not just the one listed above! Please help! |
