The following iif statement is contained within a visibility expression for a row of a SSRS 2012 report:

=IIF(IIF(Rownumber("GetIndicators")=0, 9999, First(Fields!endYear.Value, "GetIndicators")) + 2 = Parameters!Grad.Value, False, True

Would you explain to me the logic in this iif statement?

Here is pseudo code translation:



If  (
{
If (Rownumber("GetIndicators") == 0) then
 Return 9999 +2
Else
Return  First(Fields!endYear.Value, "GetIndicators") +2
} 
== Parameters!Grad.Value ) then
 Return  False
Else
  Return True;
