I have a description field like this:

FK899 CHAIN
6J7 BELT
45KJI56 DRIVER

I want to filter out everything before the space (i.e. to get chain from FK899 CHAIN). How can I do this?

SELECT SubString(description, CharIndex(' ', description)+1, 8000)
FROM myTable
