Telly writes "I just read you statement on "Using the IN Notation in Stored Procedures" and was quite bothered by its simplicity and by its method. My main question to you is, Is what I am doing with CHARINDEX (below) not a good thing?

DECLARE @sINParam varchar(60)
SET @sINParam = ',1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,'

SELECT
   *
FROM
   FOO
WHERE
   CHARINDEX(',' + IdNo + ',',@sINParam) > 0"
