Raymond writes "A colleague and I are wanting to take an image from a file and save it to our Database(Currently a SQL Server 7.0 Database). At a later stage we might also want to take that image from the database and write it back to another file. We would like to know what sort of technique we should go about using regarding pulling from a file to a database, and from the database to a file. We would also like to know if storing a picture in a database is a good idea, as we wish to pull out of the DB for our application.
