how to use the replace function of the "enter" to "chr13"?...

We can't do a replace unless we know what the current character is. And from your other post, it seems you may not have an "enter" in there in the first place.

Yes it is possible, however you have to know what you value it is right now in order to code it.

update t1
set c1 = replace(c1, 'WhatValueIsItNow?', CHAR(13))
