We have installed SQL Server 2000 on 10 PCs and each PC is linked with one another through network. We are able to ping all of them. When we try to connect any pc using isqlw by specifying SQL Server <Server Name>; Login name : Password :, we are getting the following error :Unable to Connect to server <Server name>Server :Msg17,Level 16,State 1[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][DBNETLIB]SQL Server does not exist or access deniedSurprisingly, 4 PCs are connected from any PC without any problem. I tried everything to ensure the exact settings of these PC over the PCs which are not getting connected. Please help me out, I will be grateful !! Thanks/MALKIATMALKIAT SIGH |
