The only practical way to do this is to use multiple varchar variables executed like this:

EXEC (@sql1 + @sql2 + @sql3)

You can't do it using text variables because they cannot be manipulated. Also, unless you are certain that you have international characters, use varchar instead of nvarchar, it's much easier.
