Problem while taking backup via Enterprise manager. Looking for urgent solutions.

While selecting the path, getting message.
" Error 0:Cannot load DLL Microsoft?????????SQL??? ???????,or one of the DLLs its references, Reason:126 ( The Specify Module Could not find)

We I check the log file found that,

Is it a client problem? i.e. just the enterprise manager on that machine or is it a server problem.
Try using a backup command from a query window rather than the gui.

Otherwise it sounds like you might need to reinstall the dll - applying the service pack might do it.
