Can anyone tell me the cheapest way to purchase enterprise manager, (for redistribution) . I want to connect to a MSDE. I've seen some other tools/options for connecting but I'm used to EM and I trust it. Thanks in advance. |

If you download the trial version of SQL Server, you'll be able to install EM and the other client tools, and as far as I know they will still work after the 120 period expires (but the SQL Server component will not). You can get it here:http://www.microsoft.com/sql |

Are you saying that you want to redistribute EM with your app? Could have some interesting licensing implications... But I don't know for sure. |

Yes, I want to package it with our app. The client wouldhave to pay for the license. I read an article on this several months ago but I can't remember where. |
