| Hi,I am in a fix and require help asap.During installation of msde everything goes smooth for some time and the it rools back everthing giveing error "Internal error 2755. 1641 <path of the MSDE folder>\sqlrun01.msi"Please Help......Thank Youregardsrohit |

| You sure 1641 is correct?http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;Q229683&SD=MSKB&Will tell you the meaning of msi errors, but 1641 is not listed.Check the sqlstp.log. Just a hunch, but make sure your account, as well as SYSTEM have permissions on the following:Your Temp Dir:C:\Documents & Settings\userid\Local Settings\Temp.
