                                            | Hi,When i start the mssql server service, it stops immediately after a min.  When i checked the windows event log, it shows an error as below, Error: 3313, Severity: 21, State: 2 Error while redoing logged operation in database 'model'.                                           | Seems you're going to need to rebuild master. Do you have a backup of msdb? |

                                          | yes.. have the backup... but this is SQL2000. how do we rebuild the master here ? Also we need the sql service to be in running state for the same... but it stops whenever we start them... |
