Do you really need a cursor?

An answer to your question is: use a temp table.

Create table #temp( Col1 INT)

Insert #Temp
EXEC SP1

Declare...Cursor
FOR...
From #TEMP

Why would you want to put a cursor on a temp table?
You can easily perform row by row processing on it without the overhead of a cursor - if that's what you really want to do.

Cursors are useful if you don't know sql.
