When I use import export feature of sql server 2008 to convert msacess database to sql server database, everything works fine except for the fact that I can not locate the converted files. Can anyone help? Thanks |

What type of files you are expecting? After import it is not longer an access database - it is an sql server database and with that files you can/should do nothing.Have a right click on your new created sql server database in properties - files you can see the location of mdf and logfile in disk-system. No, you're never too old to Yak'n'Roll if you're too young to die. |

Right click on newly created database? There is no database with mdf and log file anywhere. Please be more explicit in responding to this inquiry.Thank you |
